Abstract
|
|
|
A case of congenital iI^al obstruction in a 2 day old female newborn infant was presented with brief literatu-e review.
Malrotation of midgut, dilated proximal ileal loop, distal ileal blird loop connected with fi´rous cord to proximal ileal loop were seen.
Resection of at-)nic dilated ileal loop and fibrous cord. followed Ey e,d to .id, i!eoileostomv cdane.
Patient disc:harged 16 days after operation with ,ed general condition and regular weight gain.
